Splendido film. Intensissimo, doloroso, ma mai incline al vittimismo, al pietismo, alla retorica, che sono pericoli reali quando si trattano temi del genere. Bravissime anche le attrici, tutte e quattro le protagoniste, anzi cinque inclusa la balbuziente. E quei primissimi piani bergamaniani. Mi colpisce che sia stato un uomo ad affrontare questo tema e poi a saperlo sviluppare con tanta forza e delicatezza. Bravo davvero. Mi è piaciuta anche la sceneggiatura, sobria, acuta, forse persino troppo (se volessi trovare un neo) nel parlato della rumena e delle altre. Molta poesia e molta realtà. Moltissima tristezza, dall'inizio alla fine, perchè è tutto come sembra, c'è troppa verità. Penso che questo film debba essere conosciuto dalle associazioni e gruppi sul pensiero femminile. Io farò la mia parte. Maternity Blues non è solo un bel film, é un film importante.
